"Très bien situé et superbe roof top!"

"This is a very pleasant hotel for people looking for a little bit of luxury and a spectacular view of Granada. It is not hard to fall in love with Granada, and it is a privilege to sit on the terrace and look at the beautiful city while an attentive staff pleasantly helps you through meals and drinks. I was consistently surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I’m from New York City and can’t imagine any staff person treating me as well as the people here do. Two factors to...

"This is in fact a 5-star hotel. It is fine and elite in all ways. Location. Service. Amenities (eg. rooftop pool nestled beside the bells of the great cathedral). The best value imaginable. Bravo to the team that make this the kind of temporary home it is hard to leave."

"Room was BEAUTIFUL,very clean and spacious! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located. We walked everywhere! Would def stay here again 😊"

"Our room had a flood… shower drain was clogged. We moved to another room and it was the same. Left the hotel for our sightseeing and came back to a fixed shower drain."

"Good central location with lots of restaurants nearby. In spite of this it was quite inside the apartment. Good communication with the management. Value for money."

"Great food"

"Excellent location, nice rooms and the breakfast buffet was delicious. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will book this hotel again."

"Hotel muy bien ubicado, limpio y personal amable"

"Absolutely top notch service, breakfast and hotel. Beautiful roof top and hamam. Couldn't ask for more."
