"Staff were fantastic and my dad was given a wonderful welcome. The rooms and cleanliness and hospitality and warmth was outstanding. "Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area"

"Easy check in/out. Was quiet in the hotel which was good. Room had a musky smell. Found hairs in the bedding. Breakfast was served by one of the M25 services stalls, which was ok, but would've preferred a buffet for more choice rather than just a full English."

"I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We stayed after the slamdunk festival. No issues with late check in, lots of parking, very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Sorted out an issue with Expedia not sending through confirmation I’d paid with them promptly and without fuss. Highly recommended, will definitely book for SlamDunk 2027."
