"The room was very clean. Loved the lobby with the bar and the place to get coffee. Valet was fast and polite. Absolutely perfect place to stay!"

"Room was dirty. Hair on counter, trash on floor. No vent for the bathroom. Balcony door didn’t shut all the way. Light switches were dirty. We were excited to get food after the cubs games but the restaurant closed early."

"The main lobby, swimming pool, and continental breakfast were nice. The staff was nice also. However, the room was a lower quality than we expected and the bathroom was just downright terrible! The lighting was poor, it was very, very small and it felt run down and dirty. The mirror was nice but that was it. In the morning of both days we stayed, the water for the shower came out muddy and brown and had to be ran for awhile before it turned clear. We were too tired and too busy to complain...

"Stayed on the 5th floor, no hot water until our second shower & it still took 10 min to get warm & apparently the fridge doesn’t turn on until you put something inside it but bye morning the things were cool not cold. Ice is available but all the way down to the front desk."

"Our room was ok, other than the bathroom being a sardine can. So small and no way anyone with a disability could get in there. The pool was great to cool off on the hot days we were there, but the water definitely needs more treatment. It wasn’t gross but wasn’t clear either. More of a chemical imbalance, in my opinion. The part I wasn’t a fan of was getting hit with an additional almost 4 dollars a night once we got there for use of amenities. The only amenity we used was the pool, so I guess...
