"The location was perfect. We loved that it had easy beach access. We were disappointed that our condo didn’t have air conditioning. Also, the TV was missing from the master bedroom. The condo was not clean and seemed rundown. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. There were bugs and geckos inside and they made a mess. Since there was a cleaning fee we would have expected the condo to be clean. All that being said, we did enjoy our time in Kauai."

"We enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. The only thing I would say is if they should clean the rooms more often. We checked in on a Friday and they cleaned that Monday. And we didn’t check out till Saturday. The bathrooms needed a little love. Otherwise we had a great time."

"Close to beach but strong waves and lots of debris- so not good to swim. Roaches in the Directors cottage- but they state this is normal in Hawaii. Older cottages so smells, no dishwasher older stains. Construction next door to us early am. Our air conditioner went out twice. Also using more than one appliance- causes shortage ( microwave, toaster, hair dryer, coffee pot, etc) Once we learned where electric box was we could flip ourselves.
