"The hotel is nice, and location is good. Couple issues happened: after checking in I went to the room, and soon another persona opened the door with his key card, he was actually given same room. Obviously he got another room, and all was ok. The key card did not work two times during my stay, it is little annoying to return from fourth floor back to the reception, but that happens. Otherwise good hotel experience."

"The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "

"For the most part, the hotel was fine. It definitely needs an update. The 4th floor where I was on, was pitch black with no window opening. "We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....
