"Loved the room"

"Price dropped from £1388 for 2 nights to £800 and they would not allow to amend . The room was very tired. Offered upgrade to a room looking at a wall. Offered evening meal but then was told I was not had to provide email to show I was not lying - awful service from Hilton"

"Really good hotel, good location. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food times are a bit awkward (lunch and evening) but breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a decent size (we had an additional bed as three of us in the room). I did ask a question through Expedia chat a week or so before we arrived but got no response until three hours after I had already checked in. Even then it was to inform me about parking and its cost (we had already booked parking and had parked) and did not...

"The breakfast was refreshed on a regular basis which kept it fresh. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only negative was that there was only one lift in operation as the other was not in use."

"Bitten by bed bugs . Mattress was invested ! How this was missed by cleaning staff is totally unacceptable. Staff at reception were helpful in moving us to a different room for second night although bed was clean the bath room had an unacceptable odour made worse when having a shower. Staff gave us plastic bags to put our clothes to avoid possible transmission of bugs to car and home as my husband has stage four cancer and I have compromised immunity . Whole experience was horrendous."

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"
