"We had two nights here lovely hotel, Breakfast had plenty of choices, cooked, cold meats, cereals etc its a help yourself Breakfast. Rooms are clean, we had a queen sized bed which was a little lumpy perhaps they need some new ones but the pillows were lovely & soft & comfortable. Staff very helpful & friendly. Its our second time here & will definitely stay again. "

"The staff were welcoming as soon as we arrived and helpful when questioned about the area. The room was clean but it would have been nice to have small packets of biscuits with the tea and coffee! Also hot chocolate sachets. Breakfast was a lovely continental breakfast with plenty of choice! A small bar is available in the foyer. We had a lovely two night stay with easy access to the shops, restaurants, parks and the underground. Thanks!"

"The staff at this hotel were delightful. Always cheerful and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was bland, but not bad. The room was fairly small but had the basics. My biggest recommendation would be for them to install actual light switches instead of using the weird control panel they have, and to get more/better TV options. "
