"Good hotel.limited food options, poor communication amongst staff at times. Rooms are not sound proof and can be very noisy when people are walking on the corridor. A lot renovation work going in at the hotel at moment which can be an inconvenience due to high noise levels during the day."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and the waiters were all polite. However the only downside was the breakfast. There was not many options and I noticed some cross contamination between the eggs and the pork which as a Muslim made me uncomfortable. Other than this, the hotel was amazing, the Junior suite was so spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and I loved the decor with the big mirrors. I hope to be back one day. Thanks"

"Our check in was at 2245 and we were checked in with ease. Our room reflected the price. Air conditioning worked great. Cute little balcony. Shower pressure and temperature was good but the height of the shower head is only suitable for children but it’s detachable and worked good enough. Pool was great too but it was too cold to fully enjoy. One cockroach was found in the hallway. None in our room."

"Run down hotel water coming from kitchen ceiling on to the electric cooker that made it trip tv broken but was replaced water did not get sorted even when reported he can but it still leaked. It is clean and frequently room cleaning pool area is ok clean good sun spot. Area is dirty but plenty of local shops and places to eat I would not stay again"

"The hotel had recently been taken over by Double Tree Hilton who have commenced some significant improvement works to improve the hotel and its facilities. As a result some services were unavailable including the spa and beach access. The works did not significantly impact on our holiday and enjoyment. "The staff was transparent about closing the resort for the next 2 to 3 years for rebuild. The facilities look extremely dated and are in a state of dilapidation. Our first room had a toilet seat that had rusted off at the hinges and mold in the shower. The second room which we were told was the only other room in the whole resort had an ant problem that we traced to a sticky substance on part of the floor along with some mold and rust in the bathroom (not to the extent of the first room).
