"The hotel is well located and the fact it has access to the sea is a plus The pool service is slow and many of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Bar service was pretty poor too while offering cocktails and then not having the basic ingredients to make them. Coffee at breakfast is awful"

"The location for transport, shopping and things to do was perfect. Beyond the front reception area the hotel itself was rather mediocre, but staff did their utmost to look after guests and the room was clean - although the bath had seen much better days. Decor in corridors and parts of the bedroom was shabby but overall the experience was a positive one. "

"Loved the facilities rooftop pool gym and indoor pool etc. Superb friendly and helpful employees. Lovely food at temptasian with great sunset views. Excellent shower though over the bath toiletries etc. Good buffet breakfast. Only niggle pillows very soft and old though mattress was pretty new but no mattress protector.Bed was comfortable. Some odd noise in our room which didnt cause a problem. We were in 817."

"Good aspects were a convenient location, spacious and clean room with lovely view of St Julian's Bay and friendly, helpful reception staff. Only downside was that it is a bit noisy - on a busy road close to bars, and there was quite a lot of noise from other residents playing loud music in their rooms."
