"The room was small and very crowded. There was not a counter around the sink, there was not a good area to hang up your clothes. Frig did not have a freezer section. It was quiet and I couldn't hear my neighbors like some motels. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of products."

"Needs Tv"

"The hotel was accommodating especiaaly when Expedia booked my stay and it was not correct and charged me more than the hotel did. Hotel gave us another bed for the sold out hotel since we originally requested 2 beds."

"It was such a great place to stay! We will be returning! I wish the showers were separate from the bathroom but other than that it was great and so dang cute 😍"

"The outside of this building looks a little rough, and we were a little worried with the first impression. But once we got to our room, it was clean and spacious. The toilet did run the whole stay, but it wasn't ever a problem."

Thankfully we had our own towels but we didn’t want them wet but had no choice. I went down to ask for towels and no one was at the front desk and phone was ringing. I mentioned it to the desk clerk later when we left so we don’t lose our deposit thinking we stole the towels when we never even had...

"Stayed two nights while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. Excellent location for our purpose, close to grocery stores and restaurants (and coffee shops). Breakfast was good, and I don't normally eat buffet breakfasts. Very clean, well maintained. Nice clientele. Would stay here again."

"The tv didn't work properly, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the toilet leaked."

"Great stay. Easy check in after-hours. Clean, efficient, and well-maintained"

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
