"We were on a long road trip, and this was actually one of our top stays. Our kids loved the pool. The suite layout is great for families. The views are gorgeous. 10/10 would stay here again."

"The ajoining room with the interior doors was extreamly noisy. We had to call the front desk to complain, and a hour later they finally quieted down but, the people were up before 5:00 am again with barking dogs and yelling."

"Great view and fairly comfortable beds, very friendly staff. However, food choices are limited due to location— you’re stuck with either hamburgers in the lounge (which were okay, not great), to the expensive Metate Room Restaurant— where they serve wilted salads and lukewarm hot dishes and take forever to serve it. Staff are friendly but seem powerless. The Lodging facilities could definitely do with updating, especially the plumbing! This place used to be so special— but I doubt I will go...

"We stayed in the handicapped room. Would have been nice if the A/C didn't sound like a jackhammer. only saving grace was that at 8000 feet we were able to turn it off and leave the windows open. we left at 4am."

"Check in went smoothly, and the host on staff was very courteous. Overall, the stay was okay. The room was clean, and it had pretty good amenities, like a refrigerator, microwave, and television. There were towels and common toiletries: shampoo, soap, and lotion. There wasn't a hair dryer, but I brought my own anyway. I got a decent sleep, and the A/C worked very well. The breakfast was okay. It was pretty basic, but there was a waffle maker. There just weren't too many other options apart...

"Breakfast was below par for a hotel breakfast, the stairs were falling apart and both pools were broken and didn’t even have water in them. Room was clean and was fine for the night but overall not great"

"This was a lovely hotel with a very fun Family Suite. Our children loved the "Fort Holiday" set up that included bunkbeds, a tv, and a PS3. The food was great and the beds were comfortable."

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
