"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy...

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"L’animation et le mini club : génial, Idriss Chaymae, Soufiane, Abdel et tout ceux que j’oublie ont été extra, ma fille n’avait qu’une hâte : allez au mini club ou faire la soirée mini disco tous ensemble, je fais peu confiance aux gens et là j’ai été conquise. Le restaurant était très bien, c’était bon et varié, bravo ! Le spa - la jeune femme était très dynamique et professionnelle. Les piscines bien que non chauffées étaie très bien. L’appartement : propre, bien conçu, mais climatisation...

"The hotel teminds me Thousand and one nights fairytale. It looks amazing, stuff was very welcomming, offered tea, guided me in the hotel and shoved me on the card, whete to go. Receptionist Mohammed was extremely polite and took me with to listen the Berber music. Only little think: the ordered taxi for early morning did not come. But receptionist made sure I get another one. "

"Great Spot ! Very convenient !!! Has private beach section, big plus !!! Walking distance to Agadir corniche / shopping area/ agadir marina. I would like to commend Faycal at the front desk who provided us with great customer service and got us great room with beach view !!! He was very friendly and welcoming !!! "Accueil impeccable, tout le monde tend à satisfaire vos besoins avec politesse et sens de l’accueil. Très belle chambre, spécialement préparée pour nos noces d’étain La piscine est vraiment grande ca change des hôtels en France. Quelques activités sportives y sont proposées, c’est sympa. Mais le gros plus de ce palace, de notre point de vue, est la restauration; tout simplement exceptionnelle!! Beaucoup de choix et une qualité digne de bons restau français, y compris le restau en self service...
