"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"Sehr freundliches Personal, etwas abseits von Amsterdam"

"Really lovely place with excellent facilities in a great location."

"Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war super nett und der ganze Ablauf ist total unkompliziert und modern. Gerne wieder!"

"The stay was good. The room and bathroom were clean and in perfect condition. Overall, the entire hotel was in perfect condition and clean. The restaurant was good. The only shortcoming was that the room was very small and lacked a refrigerator."

"Great location on PC Hooft, next door to the Rijks Museum. Architecturally, the building has a lot of character and has been modernized as a mid-range Hotel. Rooms are small, although I think mine was smaller than most, but it was only for one night and it had an amazing view of both the museum and the canal. Beds are comfortable, flat screen TV, in room phone, open closet and shelves, mini fridge, bathroom is small with an open shower without a sill which allowed water to spill into the room....

"Staff was very helpful. Not a lot of amenities, just the basic stuff. Wi-Fi signal not very great, you'd have to get out of your room for a higher signal. Overall, an okay facility"

"Helpful"

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. The bathrooms were well maintained, but at times lacked toilet paper and paper towels. Showers were clean at the beginning of my stay, but by the end of the week, they smelled like pee and had hairs all in the drain. It does not appear that the staff cleaned the showers regularly or at all, for that matter. Carpets throughout the hotel were stained and dirty, which was very unfortunate because that could have made a big...
