"Beautiful property"

"Nothing much. I thought its a waste of money. Not worth it."

"Fantastic place"

"Busy weekend for the staff and they were all outstanding."

"Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was ok, location was very convenient for us. We stayed Friday night for one night. My only complain is the price. For some reason it was almost double of the regular price for this hotel. Maybe because of the good weather. But the price was a little bit unreasonable."

"Rooms were not in great condition, outdoor pools are rather small and crowded"

"Lake view was incredible, breakfast was varied and delicious, lots of fresh and healthy options. Amenities were clean and private, no waiting in lines or overcrowded hot tub."

"It was a nice experience"

"Absolutely. I’d make that the standout part of the review because it really shows the level of service: We had such a wonderful stay at Stay Inn Muskoka this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. A special thank you to Jonathan at reception, who was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Ingrid, the cleaner, also deserves a huge shoutout. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service honestly went above and beyond. We simply...

"Over-all experience was good. Breakfast for a fee written on website is misleading. Kind of fooling."

"Our experience was below average. The room assigned to us was on the back side of the property on ground floor with no internal access to hotel. The room was very small for a family specially if you have a child. The floor was not mopped and our socks were black after walking for few minutes in the room. The rooms are not sound proof either. It's a very old property which requires maintenance. The breakfast is complimentary but very basic. I am giving 2 star simply because of the location and...

"Nice environment with great lake view"

"Customer service"

"All the rooms have lake view and the cabins on the water are the best."

"Really liked the view of lake from balcony. Distance from Motel to town . Very quiet at night."

"When we booked the room, we were under the impression we were getting the newly renovated room. We got one of the older ones which was okay, a bit smaller then I expected. The hotel had a weird smell upon entering. The pool was under maintenance the first day we were there, the following day it was locked. The pool is a lot smaller than what it appears to be in the pictures. It's very narrow and not comfortable when other people are in it. However, it did its job and it was close to a lot...

"Overall, our stay was not very satisfactory. The bathroom facilities need some improvement. The toilet paper holder was broken and could not properly hold the toilet paper, which was quite inconvenient. The air quality in the room was also not very good, and the room felt stuffy. In addition, the room did not have a microwave or a kettle, which would have been very useful for guests. The check-in process was also quite slow, and we had to wait for a long time before we could get our room. I...
