"On a passé une semaine au Condesa début mai. L'hôtel est très agréable mais ne correspond pas au standing d'un 4 étoiles : - isolation phonique pouvant être plus soignée car on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir bien que dans la chambre - la salle de self ressemble peu à un restaurant 4 étoiles car assez bruyant, surtout quand il y a du monde - les piscines sont sympa, même si la grande n'est pas chauffée Mais on y a quand même passé un bon séjour. "

"Stayed here for partners birthday in January. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are great. Very modern and fresh looking. Staff were great. We came back to the hotel when the weather got a bit overcast and enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony with a pitcher of sangria. This was a great experience with the sun beating through the conservatory like construction when there was a break in the cloud. "All round fabulousness! Great hotel in a great location. Customer service was excellent by everyone throughout our weeks holiday. Breakfast was a little repetitive but had freshly squeezed orange juice! Would have preferred a cafeteria of coffee instead of out of the machine. But all in all it was good enough and plentiful. Bar food around the pool area was excellent 👌 rooms were a little basic but functional and clean… thank you for a great week away! "

"Good all around and attentive staff. Lost out on breakfast day of checkout. They tried to accommodate but it wasn’t the greatest. They tried with what they had available. Breakfast didn’t open early enough for me since we had to catch a flight. I wish I could have been reimbursed some money. "

"Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist unbestritten gut. Leider ist es wie oft beschrieben SEHR hellhörig. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Leider wurde an einem Tag das gesamte Wasser durch die Stadt abgestellt. Das Personal bot von sich aus kein Wasser zum Zähneputzen etc. an und auch sonst hatten wir keine Möglichkeit (weder am Vormittag noch am frühen Abend) unsere Notdurft zu verrichten oder uns zu duschen. Als Entschädigung wurde uns wiederum nichts vom Hotel aus angeboten....
