"Was only in KC for 2 days, but absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, the hotel pool / lounge area was beautiful, and my room had a cute balcony overlooking a nice view as well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in KC again."

"Room was great, clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff was amazing and VERY helpful and accommodating. I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and didn’t know it until I was there but they easily switched my room to leave that available for the person that would need it and also got me checked in early.
