"Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool. "My kids and I left with bed bug bites, our room did not cool off..... the hotel reaked of marijuana. The first night the receptionist had a friend or someone there with her rolling joints on the lobby. The 2 this morning were outside smoking and on their cell phone complaining about another employee that worked at the hotel cursing left and right in front of my children. We will not be back"

"Very friendly staff; great pool and poolside services. The room was very clean but had kinks such as a glass shower door that was misaligned and would slam and one side of the closet door didn’t open."

"The hotel seems to have been updated and everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the proximity to the P&L area as well as other downtown sights and the numerous of dining and bar options. VOO is a must if they are having entertainment."

Not filthy but not super clean either. Overall it was an OK experience having never been there. Would only recommend if going to Morton Amphitheater due to close proximity. 2 stars"

"This hotel double charged me. When I called to express the error, they gave me the run around. When I finally was able to speak to a manager, he was unhelpful, unkind, and did not care that I was double charged and gaslit me about it. He told me they never double charged me even though I have the proof. He kept denying it. I even expressed this double charge put my bank acct negative. He still didn’t care. I expressed I would never stay with them again and he said that’s fine and hung up on me....

"The hotel location is excellent. The king size room was very tight ( room 903 ) and quirky due to the configuration. The bathroom is almost 2 feet away from the king bed. The bathroom itself was very tight and there was not enough shelf space. The shower though functional needed some serious TLC. it had grungy looking areas. We had to request that room service clean the room and leave fresh towels. There was no real vibe in the place. I like boutique hotels and being European am used to old...
