"Le standing de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur. Certes, on a portier, liftier, ... mais c'est un EX bel hôtel et même surclassés avec le VIP access, on a dû reformuler 3 fois les mêmes demandes (pour des verres car ils étaient tous sales) et la bouteille de vin censée nous être offerte à notre arrivée. Aucune patère dans la salle de bain, des joints silicone jaunis, des portes de placard qui ne fermaient pas avec les réglettes de lumière qui s'allumaient de façon intempestive, y compris la nuit,...
