"Our toilet would not flush. They had to have someone show us how to do it. It has a handle. You flush it, but it didn’t work. The person showed us to pump it until it flushed. That was at least 5 times. I think they could afford to fix a toilet, and it should be a priority. I’m surprised they would rent a room that doesn’t. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff and service was very friendly and helpful."

"Das Hotel ist schon älter aber sehr sauber. Es bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie Innenpool, Sauna und Fitness. Auch auf dem schönen Zimmer ist es mehr als üblich (Fön, Bügeleisen, etc.). Das Frühstück ist jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Zwar gibt es sogar Fisch und frisches Obst aber zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt fehlte es am Standard. Es gab gar keinen Käse und die Kaffeesorte ist nicht empfehlenswert. Andere Hotels bekommen das Frühstücksbüffet deutlich besser hin. "

"I stayed with 3 friends in a family room before flying out to Portugal early the next morning to celebrate a 50th birthday. Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were great. It was a gorgeous evening so we went for a drink and to sit in the outside area of the bar. The girls behind the bar were lovely and one of them noticed we were celebrating a birthday. "Nice 2 day birthday break for my partner, hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were well equipped, although a smart tv would have gave it 5 stars instead of 4, bed was exceptionally comfortable & massive, food was great but slightly overpriced we thought, the SPA suite wasn't the best but relaxing, SPA treatments were way overpriced for what was on offer, but we enjoyed our stay "
