"Had an amazing time and amazing staff!"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room comfortable, and the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after. "

"Great family friendly resort. Excellent staff a lot to keep the kids busy"

"Beds and pillows are soft and need to improve Coffee quality needs to be better"

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff who can’t help you enough. Good quality food options and lovely pools"

"Excellent. We were a family of 3 and it ticked all of the boxes, aqua park, kids club, various pools (with very friendly lifegaurds), and beach, good selection of restaurants and a beach bar. Also a few Tavernas within walking distance and so you are not confined to the hotel."

"Very hospitable"

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"Great convenient location. Breakfast buffet top notch."

"Excellent accommodation ,super helpful staff ! Highly recommended"

"Fantastic location with its own set of private coves. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Great to watch the sunrise and sunset."

"The unit we stayed in looked a bit dated compared to the pictures online. The bed was not as comfortable as we hoped. The breakfast was great, cleaning service was good, beach was fabulous!"

"Great hotel. Lots to do for kids Good food Very clean Would recommend"

"The hotel location is fantastic, very peaceful, with well kept and beautiful grounds. Food is excellent, staff and service equally so. Whilst the rooms are basic ours was very clean and the swim up pool, whilst shared with two other rooms, felt private. We had a wonderful ten days all inclusive, which was excellent value. We'd 100% return! Not a place to go if you're bothered about watching television 🙂"

"Wonderful place with very kind and service minded staff. The food was very good in all the restaurants/bars. We will come back for sure."

"We had to wait 20-30 minutes for our room despite it was already check-in time. Great position and sea view. Rooms are just ok."

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"Great staff. Super pool and great beach area. Food was amazing. Music could be a bit lounder."

"Very good food, nice quiet place and not over crowded, pools were perfect, very helpful great staff, so glad we stayed here."
