"Free breakfast every morning was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Location was very nice. Things I didn't care for was the check-in personnel. Also didn't like the bathroom lights. Not very bright. The person who checked me out was very nice, professional and smiled."

"The staff is always amazing here and accommodating. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. It is always very clean and just inviting. The only thing I hope they change at some point is to start adding microwaves to each room. No matter what I continue to stay here for the other positives. "

"The hotel was a pleasant and welcoming place. The moment we opened the doors, we were greeted by a fresh, clean scent. The room was spacious and clean, even the next morning, without us having to ask our room was cleaned. We will definitely be returning and staying again. The only staff member who wasn’t as friendly as the rest was the hotel staff was the female server at the restaurant in the morning. "

"Of all the places with hotels.com this was the best. Room was clean, and the paint did not need to be touched up. The manager and staff were extremely helpful. Everything Air conditioner, tv, restroom were in excellent condition. "

"If you don't live in or near San Jose, this is a terrific option for actually getting some sleep before an early-morning flight out of SJC. Very clean, nice room, and close to the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle starts at 5 and we needed to get going a little earlier, so we made other arrangements. But we will definitely consider staying here again if we need to take an early flight!"
