"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz. We loved the expansive park across the street. My wife loved the pool and spa too. Carlos took great care of us. The rooms are spacious and top quality. We would stay there again. "

"Despite arriving quite late due to airport delays, the team were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which was such a relief after a long day of travel. They had thoughtfully set up a travel cot in our room for our little one before we arrived, which we really appreciated and made settling in so much easier after the journey.

"Long story short.
One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. I have never ever gone out of my way to make a review but she really did make us feel...

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dieser Anlage und fanden sie insgesamt sehr gut. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden um das Hotel herum was uns wichtig war, da wir die ganze Woche einen Mietwagen hatten. Der Kinderpool war beheizt (nur der Kinderpool) was super war, bei den doch etwas windigen Tagen. Viele Gäste habe ihren Müll an Liegen und in der Lage hinterlassen und das Personal war manchmal nicht sehr aufmerksam diesen zu entfernen was uns gestört hat. Eine Lange Strandpromenade zum spazieren gehen...

"We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile.
There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt...

"An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar.
The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall."
