"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....

"Hotelli sijaitsee hieman syrjässä kaikesta vaikka onkin kaupungin keskustassa. 700m kävely lähemmälle metroasemalle. 1,7 km lähemmille museoille. Keskustaan 2,5km. Hotellin alle 300m päässä useita ravintoloita. Itse hotelli näyttää enemmän rakennetulta parkkihalliin kuin toisinpäin. Kevyt aamiainen 8,5£ oli aika kallis tarjontaan nähden. Ibis Edinburghissa sisältyi hintaan. Aamiaisella tarjolla leiväksi vain paahtoleipää ja maailman huonoin leovänpaahdin, joka joko poltti leivän tai jätti tosi...

"Hotel is under some renovation in the public areas but it caused no issue at all. Staff were friendly, location was great and as ever with the Indigo chain (my personal favourite) the stay was excellent "

"Needed to request sufficient toilet paper and extra towels. No hot water for showers on the morning of check out. Service requested yielded no response."
