"We have been coming to this location for probably 10 years, because we live in San Diego and my husband‘s children and grandchildren are in Redding and Shasta, California. The staff is always courteous, the rooms are always impeccable, and they’re at breakfast spread is fabulous! Kudos to D, Jason, Joyce )who appears to be an energizer bunny), and I believe the other front desk person was Jennifer? All of them seem to enjoy their jobs, and make the guest feel special."

"Exceptional staff and customer service. Front desk was welcoming, warm, informative and friendly. Maintenance and cleaning staff were always friendly and working hard. We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys. "The Young lady who checked us in was kind, informative of what they had to make our stay the best it could be. She answered several questions right away and was so considerate of our late arrival. Breakfast was amazing and the morning staff were also very kind and friendly. I travel to the area about 1-2 times per month so we will deffinitely stay here on our next trip !"
