"Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm. "Absolutely wonderful. Guilana the hostess was so warm, friendly, and helpful. She greeted me with a cup of coffee and answered all my questions about the Aeolians and was there if i needed anything else. I booked the deluxe room and it was clean, light, airy and incredibly comfortable. The views from the room--and from the terraces--were a dream.
