"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. "Lauren Phillips was the attendant or receptionist for the day at the desk and she was exceptionally wonderful with all her help. Went into the room looked for my childs toy where i explained it would be when i called to tell her we would return to collect the forgotten toy! She was not irritated or anything.
