"Property is a bit worn and needs a refresh, but the staff were very nice, and the room was definitely clean. Pillows on the bed were lumpy, the pool was closed for maintenance, no drinking water in the bedroom, extractor fan in bathroom not working, Breakfast was good, although machine coffee is always a let down. At least have the offer and tea made by someone who can make a decent latte."

"It was very average accommodation for the high price they charged. One of the curtains was off the rail too. It was along walk to the bedroom with a lot of stairs and the lift was out of order. Breakfast was good though"

"The food in the Main Hotel was amazing. We stayed in the castle and the room was big and spacious. Check in time is very late. The Castle unless in restaurant times there was nowhere like a simple shop to be able to get a simple drink without having to go over to the main Resort."
