"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"Rooms were great. The beach side view was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue my family had was the loading and unloading zone. Very small space and it was hard driving our minivan through there. Otherwise it was a great trip. Would definitely stay again."
