"Generally our experience was good. Getting there was fairly easy. "Lovely hotel, fantastic value for money! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the house keeping staff had made a real effort to decorate the room for our 5 year old's birthday. The pool was a brilliant amenity, and very appreciated by our 5 year old, made it feel more special. "The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!"
