"Beautiful property."

"The room was clean and the view was amazing right on Seneca Lake. There is a lovely walkway in front of the hotel that bordered the lake to the park. Coffee was available in the morning in lobby. The restaurant was also open for breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. And very short driving distance to the wineries on the west side of the lake and the second day wineries on the east side of the lake."

"Clean space, staff were kind and friendly, everything worked properly, no issues at all."

"The place appears to be deteriorating, burnt out light bulbs in the room, dirty common areas, dirty carpets, front desk unmanned most of the time. Bed sheets had a stain when we arrived, will give the staff a few points for changing those."

"Hotel staff was very specially bobby on the front desk."

"We always stay here when we are in the Finger Lakes. We've always had a clean and spacious room, and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. The Microtel, in our opinion, provides better service and cleaner rooms that the more expensive chain hotels in the region. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and, even when busy, has plenty of space to enjoy a quick bite or a leisurely start to the day. Overall, the best value and experience in the Finger Lakes!"

"The pictures were not of the same room we thought we had reserved. There was dirty pillowcases when we arrived, and the staff wasn’t willing to help."

"It was clean. Bathroom light didn’t work well, sink didn’t drain & faucet in bathtub continuous dripped"

"Drink machine doesnt work. I paid online then was required to pay 40$ for the key which is confusing ive never encountered that before. Also they have a teenager managing the property the adults dont speak English. Will not book here in the future."
