"Stay away from this property if you value safety, cleanliness, and comfort. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and falls short for the price. Main room: Nasty old dark rug with poor lighting and old, cheap tv. The bathroom: Caulk in bathtub was old and cracked. The faucet leaked so badly that my wife was forced to wrap a towel around it. Last, the rooms in this property are accessed from the outside like the motels of yesterday. I was impressed by the woman at the reception desk on...

"Front desk people very professional and polite ."

"This was conveniently located. It was a reasonable price. The staff were efficient does not have any extra amenities. The fixtures and whatnot were quite old but if you just need a clean place to stay without any frills, it’s OK plus there wasn’t any riffraff in the parking lot, very quiet."

"The room was clean (except for our kitchen sink which they came back and cleaned), spacious and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the 24hr tea and coffee, the gym and breakfast also! Would definitely stay again."

"Kicked my employee out in the middle of the week for being drunk and sitting in a yard chair in the parking lot after work"

"The facility is beautiful and the staff is helpful. But to get from one place to another you’re forced to climb hills and stairs and it’s very confusing and physically arduous to navigate. The staff doesn’t even know there is an elevator, though to be honest it doesn’t mean you’re not still climbing stairs. They did a wonderful job with the event I attended, but I would never stay there again."

"Very nice place to stay. Very beautiful"

"Friendly Hotel Staff and Nice Free Breakfast. Located in convenient area to Restaurants and the Fun Town of Sleepy Hollow. Nice room with Refrigerator and Microwave which is a Plus. Very Clean room too."

"The hotel met our needs for our one night stay. Loved the breakfast!"
