The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. "I really like staying here in a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and frig and microwave, so I can buy groceries and do my own cooking in the room. A big space for a reasonable price. Very clean property, well-maintained, and you only have to cross the street and you're on the beach, which is a BIG PLUS!"
