"This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

It looked like it was surface cleaned. There was some cereal under the side of the bed, the freezer in the fridge was disgusting, the entire room reeked of cigarettes, and now the bathroom. Floor was very dirty, as was the sink. The exhaust fan was above the toilet, and every time you would go to the bathroom it...

"First: The pet room smelled of STRONG vinegar. Then, the front desk approved a late check out at breakfast for my wife because we arrived in middle of the night and I got a call from someone grumpy saying they guess they would “let” us leave late—so who knows what happened there. It was weird, the smell was overwhelming, and it had rotten crusty ice cream in the freezer."

"Average. Some rooms in much better shape than others. We had 214 which was good. Parents had 115 which was quite bad. Breakfast was fine. Note this hotel doesn’t have an elevator."
