"Very nice motel. Very easy access with plenty of parking. Rooms were very comfortable. If you are staying for an event at USMA, the location is wonderful. I would stay here again. Staff very friendly."

"Fabulous place - great for our family weekend at West Point. Plenty of room, lovely kitchen, and lots of seating - whole group of us could watch the baseball playoffs. Terrific - not a single problem or complaint!!"

"Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM."

"Breakfast was mediocre, hot chocolate was cold had to ask them to reheat. Iron in the room didnt work, thermostat wasnt working in room. Hot tub was hot pool was nice n warm. Cleaning lady dian acted like the hotel towels were hers when i refused room service and jus said i needed new towels she was very disgruntled. "

"It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back."

"My room was clean and the staff friendly. I noticed that the property needed some TLC and could use some repairs. For example one of the entrance/exit to the property had big potholes and some of the outside cement in need of repair. The interior looked clean for the most part but the carpet looked like it hadn’t been updated in a while. The price was reasonable so it was easy to dismiss these cosmetic things. I didn’t eat the breakfast provided so I can’t comment on that but I did appreciate...
