"The room was standard, but clean. The bathroom was very small. It is impossible to access the shower when the door is open. The staff was very stoic, borderline standoffish, and unwelcoming and unfriendly. Their attempt to be nice or friendly comes off very fake. They were very matter-of-fact and not very flexible."

"Check-in/checkout was easy. Staff were pleasant. The Airport Shuttle was convenient for airport arrival and departure. It was also available to take us to a nearby dinner restaurant and after a phone call, they retrieved us promptly. The shuttle drivers were knowledgeable about the areas and made us feel at ease, especially our 4:30 a.m. airport arrival. Room was adequate and quick, especially that it sits in a more woody area then the Hilton Spring Garden Hotel."

"I went into this having read the reviews, so I didn’t expect much. I was actually surprised with how clean the room appeared. It smelled strongly of some sort of perfumed cleaner. No bed bugs or visible bugs. Day 1 was fine. It’s not a nice, nice place but good for a quick stay while passing through.
