"The general area is a dump, which sadly makes someone think that this Red Roof must also be a dump...but it's not. I stayed in the back building and the room was spotless, had a nice kitchenette that had a sink, fridge and microwave, which is more than I typically get in a room. Bed was comfortable. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained. Exterior needs some work to make it look as nice on the outside as on the inside. I'd stay here again without batting an eye!"

"My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice. We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience. "My sister and I were bicycling on the Erie Canal path through town, and found this hotle to be a perfect stop for us. We also enjoyed our short stay in Little Falls, a charming little city. "

"Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! "

"The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. The refrigerator and freezer were very efficient. The tv & remote worked well. Room security was good. The in-room coffee maker's directions couldn't be read...

"I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills. Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean. "Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant. Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. "
