"End of season but didn’t seem like the water view balcony area, especially the cushions had been cleaned all season. Never saw a staff person, just an online agent that sent the code for the room. They put a fresh coat of paint on the room and put in some Walmart furniture to try to sell this as a 4 star motel. The cobwebs and general uncleaned feeling made this a one time only ever stay here for us. The smaller windows that face the road near the bed and bathroom need to have curtains...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Plum Point Lodge. The location was great with many wineries just a short drive away. The area is easy to navigate and I think this spot was the perfect jumping off point for what we wanted to do while we were there. I especially enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning and in the evening or by the fire pit. We had dinner at Sapalta on Thursday evening, the food was delicious and caught the last live music of the season on the deck. Two details that kept the...

"Room is clean, neat, and color coordinately decorated. Quiet and quaint ambiance."

"The space was cozy, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The owners are communicative and helpful. 5 stars."

"It was quite and peaceful and not a lot of noise from fireworks on the fourth "

"We travelled during the off-season in October, and upon arrival on Tuesday, we were informed that the restaurant was only open Thursday through Sunday, meaning breakfast was not available on Wednesday morning. Finding breakfast nearby proved challenging, as most places in the area were also closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The room was decent, and the beds were comfortable. "Restaurant on premises was very good."

"The bathroom was not clean the group was black with mold an orange mold dirty sink hair on the toilet I was very disappointed"

"Room was very nice. Not a good experience at restaurant, very understaffed. Mistakes and poor service. Some, one was a manager, could of been more friendly. Overall. Very good to excellent. Clean. Great grounds."

"I don't know the surrounding circumstances, but check in is DIFFICULT. There is no breakfast included. There is nothing special or fancy at all about the room. Wifi did not work. The mattress is low in the middle. We were a bit "under-whelmed" but it was sufficient and clean."

"Great view, quit, great location."

"Great breakfast and the location for a Finger Lakes Winery tour was perfect. Short walking distance to many good dining options."

"Great place to stay when visiting the area. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming and friendly."

"Good and affordable for one night stay."

"More of a Motel 6 than a Delux room."

"The TV's are very small and are not smart TV's so you can't stream anything."
