Nasty marks like someone spit on the sink handles, the shower was nasty too. The tv didn’t work either. On both days that we paid to stay housekeeping walked...

"The staff was so kind and helpful but this is an older and definitely outdated hotel."

"The place was clean and the staff helpful. The furniture is older but usable but don’t look under the cushions because it looked like anything that was ever spilled was never cleaned throughly. The bedding has a comforter that may have been cleaned but looked a little grungy. Be aware that this is a two story building with no elevator."

"Our room was very spacious. The facility was very clean, the breakfast was great, and it had all the amenities you would need for a short stay. We had a few small problems that were immediately resolved. This hotel is very close to Corning without the hefty pricing of hotels in Corning itself. I would visit this site again!"

"There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again."

"Great price for what we needed. I think the price reflected the overall condition of the facility. The sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. The coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator all got used and were in working order. The room furnishings was dated. There was hair in the floor of the bathroom from a prior guest. Air conditioner was good and plenty of parking."

"This B&B was in a historic Octagon house just a mile south of Hammondsport. It's a beautiful location and Hammondsport is a great little town. The breakfasts were amazing and they were able to make everything gluten free. I highly recommend this lovely place."

"Overall excellent. The only two ways to improve are: 1) Provide hangers for closets; 2) Provide more details on where to park in the Welcome Binder. Street parking signage added to our confusion. We wound up getting a parking ticket for Alternate Street Parking" (whatever that means). Other than these items, the unit was clean, quiet, and in a great location."
