"Wonderful stay"

"It was sooo quiet! Loved only sharing one wall with neighbors. Very basic but scrupulously clean."

"Great experience"

"Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area."

"A little worn out here and there but overall a great vibe with beautiful surroundings, and kind staff. Free modern laundry room was a big plus."

"Great place to stay near Mt Pisgah National Forest! Room was nice and very clean! Loved how a cooked breakfast was included! Staff was exceptional! Would definitely stay here again!"

"I travel frequently for work and stay at the same chain hotels, so I was looking for something a little less commercial feel on this trip. Skylaranna is tucked away from busy highways and offers beautiful mountain scenery in a peaceful setting. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Ours included a kitchenette, a private balcony, a huge spa-style bathroom with shower jets, and an extend tv package that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try...

"Beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Autumn went out of her way to help us. Can't wait to come back!"

"Room was super clean, plenty of room too. Breakfast was great and really friendly staff!"

"Extremely beautiful property with as little or as much as you want to do. On-site restaurant was fantastic & close enough to Hendersonville is you want to switch it up. The staff is extremely attentive & made our stay amazing"

"Standard clean room. Good breakfast."

"The room was clean , except the furniture , chairs were stained and frayed . I didn’t sit on them . And there were only 2 towels and pillows were in poor condition. Also my room was on the first floor near the lobby and elevator . Noisy ."

"The room was very clean"

"Ok so far. Still waiting for them to refund the $50.00 deposit to my credit card."

"No one answers the phone. The front desk lady tried to make me feel very stupid because I got a smoking room when I thought I'd specifically asked for non-smoking. She did it again when I was surprised at their being no breakfast. Man she really lays into you. I guess I got confused on the Expedia site. BTW the cancellation insurance wont cover you if your mad at the hotel and leave."

"We were thrilled at the effort the Holiday Inn Express made to make the stay positive and unique. Bacon for breakfast, coffee machines that made each cup individually, and a very helpful staff were some of the added perks of staying here. Rooms were quite, comfortable, and well equipped."
