The breakfast area was dirty, the hot food looked unappetizing, and the utensils provided were visibly rusted. Inside our room, the key latch didn't function and the light bulb kept flickering on and off. "The room itself was nice for the price. Like to kitchenette. The restroom and shower was extremely nice. But the doors had 3/16"+ gaps between doors and frames. The walls were THIN. My neighbors conversation could easy be heard in the room. The thin windows allowed traffic noise to protrude also. The young lady that checked me in and the gentleman that checked me out was pleasantly warming. The AC was a blessing, it maintained a constant set temperature making the room home. "Great hotel in a quaint neighborhood! Room and property were clean and staff provided great service, including a glass of champagne at check-in! This was also the perfect location to see the fireworks. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Monroe!"
