"Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again."

"1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 small bottle of water and 1 biscuit between 2 people. You cannot use the facilities on the day of checkin until after 3pm unless you pay extra. Prices have increased yet you get less for your money."

"The hotel was extremely busy, there was really loud fireworks later in the evening which really disturbed my younger daughters sleep. Also the room in proximity doors were banging close so overall a very noisy hotel. An expensive stay for a noisy hotel"

"No Ventilation in toilets not even the room was. No tv. No remote controller was present for tele. Facilities like microwave or freezer either common or share should provided. Voices and noises from next rooms were disturbing."

"We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night. On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced."

"Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). "The room had everything we needed and was good value for the price. But the level of cleanliness was not what we were expecting. Could have done with a deep clean and some new bed linen as it was a bit marked and old"

"Clean and staff super friendly. We booked a room which didn’t go through but staff managed to find us a room thankfully. It’s cheap and cheerful which is what I paid for. No complaints "
