"Check in was smooth and staff is nice and professional. Although the elevators are under construction until 2027 (not all 6 elevators were working) the staff would offer to use the service elevators for our convenience."

No place to park while checking in either. No Security that I could see. Not my favorite set up. The Hotel was secured w key entry only to the rooms."

"There is construction on the hotel site and no access to Lake Tahoe on the property. You have to take a shuttle bus to an offsite location to access the lake."

"We found a pubic hair in the shower upon our arrival. Not good! A/C vent needs to be cleaned out. Bar was closed on a Friday night because it was bartenders day off?!?!"

"Our only disappointment was we were there 3 days and no one ever straightened our room. We were gone plenty during the day, leaving time for them to access the room."
