"I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to take care of us. One of us is handicapped and they complimentary valet parking was a godsend. Everything was clean and upgraded. Great experience. We will repeat."

"Easy check in process. Didn’t get to use the amenities. Pool looked very disappointing and separated from the hotel. Seemed like an afterthought but room was nice, beds were comfortable great for our purposes"

"So many things to do here. Too bad their beach wasn’t accessible when we visited but they had other private beaches we could use. Staff was to notch. We aren’t fans of the casino but it was nicely separated. Great location with so many great activities & restaurants within walking distance."

"The staff there was being rude towards my family and I. When we asked them for water they didn’t want to give us any. Even checking in felt like they treated us rude. We did not feel welcomed at all. I will not come back to this hotel. Do not recommend it at all. Bad customer service."

"When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk; the security guard called the person in charge at the time, and she was very annoyed that we had interrupted her lunch break. When she assigned us a room, we found it in complete disarray: the bathroom was disgusting—with toilet paper and feces still there—and the bathtub was full of dirty suds. It was incredibly unpleasant to see all of that."

"Clean room, easy check in process, everything fairly modern. Our only complaint is breakfast. Not the best eggs and only “protein” option was a veggie sausage."

"We had a room on the street side. It was noisy but because the air-conditioner worked well, it helped drown out the noise. The gal at the front desk was AMAZING! I wish I would've gotten her name! She recommended different places to eat and was very helpful with directions. The room was clean although the shower could use some updating. There is also no coffee pot and only two pillows on the queen size bed. I would stay here again."
