"The property was pretty dated and the furnishings were old and banged up. Fixtures in the bathroom and the tub could use a refresh. Place just had a run down feel to it. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. There is a very nice pool area on the property."

"Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs were on the salty side but the omelettes were better. As a coffee drinker I prefer regular coffee creamer (not non refrigerated). Couple of varieties of yogurt but they were non fat. Could have had a few more options for the fresh fruit. The rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries. The AC in the room was on the louder side but once it started working it was quieter although the temperature didn’t go down past 66 degrees and it did get warm in the room...

"Many things I loved and will return for, however, Disappointed there was no lobby coffee. Only options for second cup was to sit down and pay at JW Grill or Starbucks. I would’ve appreciated an option to buy a banana, apple, yogurt, granola bar, etc. to go at the little lobby store. Again only Starbucks or sit in restaurant option. Not cheap. Needed quarters for laundry. Only manager at reception had “the bank”, and they were in a meeting. Sent to Starbucks by hotel staff, they said “no”....

"We got exactly what we paid for. The Bruno Mars concert was close by so we walked and we felt safe and happy. I would stay here again hands down. The price compared to the rest of overpriced hotels downtown cannot be beat!! "

"There is major construction across the property, with the access road to the hotel sometimes closed to traffic, muddy after rain, etc. The property should either provide or advance notice, or lower the room rates to reflect the poor conditions around the property "
