"Our room was not clean. And it stunk to high heaven. I had to call the front desk because the shower in the bathroom was stopped up and it was filling up like I was in a bathtub. Then after I used the bathroom and flushed the toilet all the poop came up through the shower drain. I had to close the bathroom door because the bathroom stunk to high heaven. All you could smell is poop coming up from the shower drain. It was gross amd nasty"

"Breakfast was a joke, and trouble falling asleep with the smell of weed coming in our room. The inside of the property also had an uncomfortable smell too it."

"Paid for a non smoking room, as I walked to room the stench of weed was overwhelming. Opened door to our room , smell of weed , cigarette smoke and filth was disgusting. Man at desk was super nice."

"The room was spacious and clean. Limited amenities, but sufficient for my needs. The continental breakfast, was a continental breakfast. Very limited options, but I did not need a lot. Had apple juice only coffee and milk. Staff was present and receptive to my needs. Very helpful and responded immediately. Not an expensive hotel so that was a plus for making my a reservation there. Parking very convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants."

"Lady at the front desk was kind, and explained where to locate our room. After checking in, we drove around to where our room was located and found that the door to enter the building was surrounded by an ankle deep lake in the parking lot, that we had to tredge thru multiple times to carry our things in from the car. It was pretty disgusting. Our key cards worked on and off, sometimes locking us out of the building and our room. The room itself looked decently clean. The bathroom tub didn’t...

"Rooms are clean. Place is being remodeled. Night staff very friendly. Day staff not very friendly if you can find 1. Breakfast be sure you go early as its gone quickly."

"The front desk employee was rude and wasn’t helpful. He seemed to be in a bad mood and didn’t even say welcome or anything like that. Other than that, the hotel was nice."

"Great location in Franklin! Shopping and restaurants nearby. We go to Franklin often as we have family there. This was very convenient to Mack Hatcher. Nice breakfast!"

"Room was clean, it was nice and quiet. On a cross country road trip I was there for two days and I got plenty of rest. Great hotel and location!"

"Genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very clean and well kept. I felt very comfortable staying there with my husband. It’s located in a great part of Murfreesboro and it’s around so many good places. I would 10/10 recommend staying there and we will absolutely be staying there again if we ever visit Murfreesboro again."
