"Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange"

"From the time we tried to check-in the woman that greeted us was aggressive and told us to wait in the waiting lounge. Then we could check-in Declan told us that we needed to pay for our accommodation but when I told that I had paid he took our documents and did not return them. We had a two stay and consequently left without documents. On contacting the hotel we were told the only wat to retrieve our was to send a self-envelope and they would send them to us. That wasn't suitable in the frame...

"Great place and host, would highly recommend"

"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"We had a lovely stay! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The location was great, and the apartment was lovely – comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Comfortable and clean room, felt very cosy. Only downside to the stay was noise from the street below until the early morning which we hadn't experienced at previous visits"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!"

"Just as good as when we stayed years ago"

"Very easy to find. Lovely host Sarah. 2 friendly dogs, Frank n Nim. So relaxing, a small cosy Conversion which is Very clean. Pub/restaurant a short walk via the village. Other restaurants a short drive. "

"There’s a lovely feel to the place. It has an excellent location and really pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended!"

"Very good value for money. The hotel is in a great location and our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade"

"The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November! If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...

"I stayed here for one night when I was in Leeds working. The apartment was bigger and better equipped than I expected it to be, with some nice touches like high quality soaps etc. and a Nespresso machine with some proper Nespresso capsules! It was quiet and I slept well. The reception is only open for a limited time, and it is in a different building, which is not ideal with luggage, but it would certainly not put me off coming again."

"I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!"

"You guys dropped the ball The place was closed and has been for quite a while. I had to find a different motel after I arrived in Billings"

"A great modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spot on. 5 minutes walk to the station. Lovely modern rooms."
