"The refrigerator worked great along with our tv and air conditioner. This facility offered shampoo and conditioner in the room. We had our children stay with us, once we checked in I asked for 2 more large towels which no e were avaliable until 30 min and once housekeeping came to give me tje towels, they were still damp. "Not a bad place to stay on the cheap. The parking lot is gated. There are lot lizards asking for rides. Be careful. Check-in guys was awesome. Very friendly and was very joyous. Remote control batteries were bad. He provided a replacement remote that worked. Shower was a bit cold but it was a cheap place to stay near the French quarters."

"We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily.
The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday.
We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast. We will be back to stay in the 2 king bedroom again!!"
