"Our family enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin. After we checked in, one of our rooms smelled awful…like mildew or feet. The front desk immediately moved us to a fresh smelling room. The beds were comfortable and they offered 2 pillows…2 firm and 2 more feather-like/soft. There was plenty of room to store our luggage, and there was a mini fridge. We used a microwave by the ice machine to heat leftovers. The pools and entertainment offered outside were top notch. The biggest issue we had was...

"The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."
