"We loved our stay here! The rooms were spacious, modern, very clean, and included a full kitchen. The free full breakfast was a great bonus, and the large pool was excellent. Having access to the Margaritaville pool and water park made the stay even better. They’re also dog friendly (with a pet fee) and have plenty of grassy areas for walks. Great hotel for families and pets; we would definitely stay again!"

"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. Staff was friendly, room appeared clean but was not, there was even old toothpaste from somebody else was stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Parking at the resort was an absolute nightmare. "While check in was easy and the room was clean our ac did not work and it was extremly hot in our room. we did check in very late so we did not ask to move rooms because our toddler was sleeping and by time we realized the ac was not cooling it was too late to try and move him and our stuff. we were told a manager would contact us about the issue and of course no one has. ( at this point it’s been a week) we didn’t really check any amenities out because we stayed just the night but they looed...

"Dirty room and hallways- amenities were nice but not many options in the restaurant, and food delivery was unavailable (on site or off site). Staff not too friendly or willing to help. Charged extra for parking and basic room cleaning/towels. Dryer did not work. Would not recommend "
