Overall it was conducive for our stay. The entrance and front desk smell would have turned us around as it was very musty but the hallways and rooms are not.

The rooms were nice and clean. We needed to move to another room because the bed was not comfortable. The second room was fine. The water is very rusty/orange. Good morning breakfast was good.

This is a great option when staying in New Orleans! The rooms are spacious and renovated beautifully, the beds are very comfortable and there's a full kitchen as well! The rooftop pool was a great bonus. It's a very central location!
