"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"We were disappointed at check-in because when we got to our room, it was ready for us. We had to wait over a half hour, and we were not offered anything for our wait. Then, when we used the shower the next morning, the shower head was just stuck in the railing. The fold down seat also stuck and wouldn’t fold back up. On the other hand, the location was great. Easy in and out."

"The staff was great from beginning to end, starting with the gentleman who checked me in on arrival. He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me."

"The bad mark comes from the fact that this is the very first best Western. I’ve stayed in and I stay in them a lot that has $100 incidental charge to your card that can be held 35 days. That is utter crap. If you wanna buy something you use your card and you buy it. I guess they probably do it for people who take things from the room. I don’t know. "Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."
