"Need some updates. Staff was awesome professional and friendly. They help us with whatever we needed help with. Breakfast was pretty good. Love that they were pet friendly."

"The room was filthy. It had a bowl filled with butter honey in the kitchenette. When I found that, I realized the floor by the fridge was super sticky. I put the bowl at reception. Why was the toilet seat up when I arrived? Why was there honey butter on the nightstand? Rm 224. When I complained, no one even cared! Sheesh! Full refund please!!!"

"Breakfast was very good. The coffee was not even warm . We had to microwave it. Also, no one was cleaning up after customers using the breakfast area. Room was clean and very cold at first. Parking was minimal, but I suppose the next parking lot was usable since the hotel was next to 2 other hotels."

"4th floor smelled bad. They need some repairs all over the place. The bathroom tub and wall were scratched and stain. The pool was broke and empty and the bed was wore out. Breakfast was really good though."

"I am a REAL person! Right when I walked in it smelled fresh and clean in the lobby! The front desk people were super helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Some hotels feel musty, this definitely did not! Great experience over all! 10/10"

"Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left."

"Our stay @ the Admiral Hotel in Mobile started wonderfully. Check-in was seamless, as hotel is beautiful, dinner @ the Chophouse was excellent, & breakfast delivered poolside from the café made for a perfect start to our getaway. After a fun day of shopping & the beach, we returned to find our room a tropical 80 degrees. The front desk promptly sent maintenance, & the technician was friendly & professional. "Doors were broken and there were bugs all in the room office staff at night was really rude and seemed to not care about any of the problems we had"

"The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the port. My only issue was there was only 2 pods of coffee, and my husband and I would have loved having a second cup. We would have also appreciated at least two bottles of water in the room as well, since it is mid-summer in Mobile and ferociously hot. Otherwise everything was good."

"This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine."

"Held an additional $50 from my credit card with no “good” explanation & still haven’t received it back yet. Bathtub was disgusting and flaking off big chunks. TV remote had no batteries, second remote had different size batteries. Stairwell carpeting was super nasty. Otherwise it was a bed for the night."
