"Upholstered chairs in dining area are stained and filthy. Back side rooms have high exposure to Interstate 10 noise. Bed provided a good sleep."

"Hotel is dingy with 1 slow elevator. Only 1 working ice machine in the whole place. There’s only 1 large luggage cart that was old with 2 working wheels. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was old and obviously has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. The only good thing about this place were the very nice front desk staff members. "

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"The staff was great from beginning to end, starting with the gentleman who checked me in on arrival. He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me."

"Hello Location and the people around the property made this an unsafe place for my family. So we ended up changing hotels, and the hotel was not willing to give us any reimbursement."

"Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

"This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here."

"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."
