"The check-in experience is not great because it's self-service, but we don't know in advance which cabin we have, so we have to look for staff. Should be improved.
The room was clean, but I cannot say the same for the shared kitchen, which was really messy."

"Some upgrades but not enough. Electrical outlets didn't work. Only instant coffee available at the front door. No blow dryer in the room. Towel rack was broken. Beds and pillows were mot comfortable. Water in shower was impossible to regulate."
